Use of the service
- You must be 13 years or older to register. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Provide accurate registration information. One account per person.
- Content you post in forums or comments must comply with our community guidelines: respectful, on-topic, no spam, no illegal content, no impersonation.
Subscriptions and refunds
- Community Access — ₹1,000 for three years. 7-day money-back guarantee if you find the platform isn't for you.
- Exam tracks — one-time payment, valid for two years. 14-day refund window if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- No auto-renewal. We will never charge your card without your explicit consent.
Educational content disclaimer
Marine One provides educational material for exam preparation and professional development. It is not a substitute for official DG Shipping syllabus documents, classification society publications, or maritime regulations. Always consult authoritative sources for definitive guidance.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines, attempt to defraud the service, or engage in abusive behaviour. We will notify you and provide a reason where possible.
Intellectual property
All course materials, blog content, and platform code are © Marine One. You may share excerpts for educational purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce courses or sell access to your account.
Limitation of liability
Marine One is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to exam outcomes or career decisions made based on information found here.
Changes to these terms
